Introduction In today's busy world of hustle and bustle, we seem to have become lost in the sauce of life. Many of us are detracted, detatched or otherwise disconnected from one another, life, our systems and our planet. Also, in today's media, there's a lot of talk about these problems, but not nearly enough action, let alone any direction.
